   • Accounts that do not meet this minimum spend may be subject to review, suspension, or closure.

   • After a consistent payment history is established (typically after several upfront-paid orders), eligibility for credit terms may be reviewed.
   • Credit approval is at our sole discretion and may require additional documentation or credit checks.
4. Account Reviews
   • We reserve the right to review account activity periodically to ensure compliance with our terms.
   • Non-compliance may result in modified payment terms, suspended credit, or account closure.
